Kelley transitioned into real estate after a career as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant for Fortune 100 companies and later as a Survey Statistician for the Federal government. Kelley also lived and worked in Germany for 2 years as a contractor for DoD. She earned a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. While she would never take back her life and work experiences, Kelley found that a career in real estate is most fulfilling to her. Kelley and her husband, Jeff, live in Kalorama. When she's not working, Kelley loves to play tennis, work on her stained glass projects, and basically be active, around people and outside. She's also an active volunteer for the Adams Morgan Main Street organization, belongs to a book club, practices Bikram Yoga (hot yoga), and likes to meet "the girls" for happy hour.
